Credits are your all-purpose currency for using our platform features. Different actions consume different amounts of credits.
For example, with 100 ZEPIC credits, you can do any one of the following:
- Send up to 5000 emails to your customers
- Send up to 170 WhatsApp messages to Indian numbers
- Send up to 35 WhatsApp messages to North American numbers
- Run 100k automation steps
A flow block run happens each time a block executes within your automation workflow. Think of it as one step in your process of completing its job.
A connector run occurs when a single record moves from an external source (like a CSV file) into your ZEPIC storage.
Both are measured and billed at 1,000 runs per credit.
We don't charge for data or records stored in our system—only for the connector runs or flow block runs that bring the data in or process it. Similarly, creating campaigns, segments, or automations is entirely free; you're only charged when you actually run a campaign or an automation.
Most active operations cost credits, including sending emails (50 per credit), sending WhatsApp campaigns (message per credit depends on the geo location), running flow automation blocks (1,000 runs per credit), and processing data with connectors (1,000 records per credit).
When your credits are depleted, your automations and campaigns will automatically pause. But don't worry, you'll receive email alerts at 50%, 80%, 90%, and 95% usage, giving you advance notice. To avoid interruptions, we recommend enabling the auto-reload option, which automatically adds credits when your balance falls below your set threshold.
Plan Credits: Credits included with your monthly or annual subscription plan expire at the end of your billing cycle. Any unused credits don't roll over to the next period, so it's best to use them within your current billing cycle.
Top-up Credits: Additional credits purchased separately don't expire with your billing cycle. These top-up credits remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date, giving you flexibility to use them across billing periods. Note that top-up credits can only be used while you have an active subscription plan.
